Hey everyone! I just wanted to pop on really quick and share an at home KB workout that I did recently. I found this workout on Instagram from Marcus Filly and loved it. He is an influencer that preaches a healthy lifestyle and if you are into fitness I recommend giving him a follow! this workout hits the upper body well and utilizes some fun movements to keep it interesting! 2nd Eccentric Bias Curl 6sec down x 6/arm

3rd Deck Muscle Clean to Strict Press x 10/arm

4th Kneeling Elbow out .25-.5-Full Press x 8/arm

5th Tall Kneeling Horn Overhead Tricep Extensions x 12 Reps

6th KB Single Arm Bias Push Up x 8-10/arm

My Review

Like I said before I really enjoyed this workout. I did it when I got home from work late one day and just wanted to get some movement in. It did the trick for me. I loved the different movements such as the eccentric bias curl. Overall, it was quick, it was fun, and I felt great afterwards. Not to mention the awesome pump it gave me!
